Market Research Field Interviewer - Observational Studies - Greater Sydney Region

 

The opportunity

 

As our Market Research Field Interviewer - Observational Studies, you will collect accurate data using mobile tablet devices during shifts ranging from 3 to 6 hours, between 10:30pm and 6:00am, Monday to Friday. You will conduct observational assessments across various locations.

 

This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Safety and data accuracy are paramount in this role. You must demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace health and safety and meticulous attention to data quality.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Conduct observational studies and record findings accurately on mobile devices
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures
  • Travel to multiple locations during shifts using your own vehicle
  • Always maintain professional conduct and presentation


Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Availability for at least 3 nights per week, Monday to Friday, between 10:30pm and 6:00am
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to follow procedures with high accuracy and minimal errors
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on the move for the duration of shifts


Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

 

  • Full Australian driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to a vehicle
  • Previous shift work experience and effective time management skills preferred
  • Understanding of quality standards in market research data is an advantage
  • RIW card is beneficial but not essential
  • Eligible to work in Australia
