Your key responsibilities

Responsible for managing teams and projects for the People Advisory practice. A Manager is expected to lead the scoping, planning and execution of engagements and oversee the work of the project team members to deliver exceptional client service.

 

  • Scope, plan and manage projects to meet and exceed client expectations, and conduct negotiations as necessary
  • Plan and discuss delegation of work among project team members and review delegated work
  • Lead the facilitation of project workshops, interactive sessions and other project activities
  • Proactively manage senior client stakeholders, including conducting insightful presentations, delivering difficult messages and managing project issues, up to Senior Management and C-suite levels
  • Consistently deliver quality work that clients will value
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to teams and colleagues and seeks feedback in return

 

Skills and attributes for success
 

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or any management-related course
  • At least six (6) years of work experience in any of the following: HR operations, organization development, change management, training and facilitation, HR system implementation

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Foster a high performance culture by leading, coaching and developing teams
  • Be up to date with technical, functional and leadership skills, and share this expertise with others
  • Contribute to market growth and thought leadership

  • Flexible and is willing to work in client sites within or beyond Metro Manila and is open for secondment in other EY offices.
  • Has good attitude towards work and has strong desire to learn.
