Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyst / Security Consultant in the Technology Consulting team to work on Centrify Privilege Access Management Identity technology and various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe.
  • An important part of your role will be to deliver high quality work products as per firm’s guidelines. You will need to actively establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with other team members. You’ll need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with senior members of the team.

 

Your Client Responsibilities

 

  • Engage in Identity & Access Management projects in the capacity of execution of deliverables particularly Centrify Privilege Access Management
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
  • Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Assisting engagement teams in IAM tool implementations.
  • Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service
  • Support seniors and superiors in developing new solutions / methodology development
  • Assist end users, server\application owners in onboarding to Centrify
  • Provide technical support to Centrify users
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA, NALA)
  • Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Skills and attributes for success
 

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Ability to present project solutions to clients, manage client expectations, and implement and deliver solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and partners in defining sustainable customer solutions
  • High standard for solution and process quality
  • Identity and Access Management concepts
  • Good communication skills
  • Windows, Unix, Linux experience
  • Service Desk experience and knowledge on ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Decent background on Linux (RHEL\Centos\Ubuntu)

 

     Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience on cloud management tools (e.g., Puppet, AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge in creating SQL queries for custom reports
  • Knowledge in REST API’s
  • Experience on other Privilege Access Management applications (e.g., Lieberman, Bomgar, BeyondTrust, CyberArk)
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts

 

What we look for

 

  • Hands on experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Good knowledge of information security, standards and practices
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes
  • Service desk support experience
  • Service Now ticketing tool knowledge is a plus
  • Basic knowledge in configuring and managing Windows \ Linux \ Unix Servers
  • BS CS/IT/IS/IM/CoE or any IT related course
