Your key responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring the delivery and quality of Customer projects and engagements to ensure that objectives are met and in line with or exceeds the client expectations. A Manager is expected to conduct business development activities, build networks and sustain client relationships, and help develop the team through coaching and training.

  • Conduct business development activities and identify strategic opportunities for the practice
  • Prepare proposals in line with clients’ needs to be able to provide value-adding services
  • Ensure that projects and engagements approach and methodology are aligned with EY standards and policies
  • Ensure project and engagement outputs are delivered on time, with quality and in line with the identified scope, approach and methodology
  • Identify and manage project risks and/or issues and contribute in the development of action steps to address the project risks and/or issues and avoid conflicts with client
  • Attend and participate in internal trainings
  • Complete the required and assigned web-based learnings
  • Prepare time reports in a timely manner

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics or Psychology
  • More than five (5) years of work experience in consulting services and customer experience-related role (e.g., customer journey mapping, etc.)
  • Project management/change management experience

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Manage client relationships and continuously build networks
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team and ensure that their assignments are aligned with their career path and goals
  • Develop positive relationship with peers, supervisors, and mentors/counselors who can provide advice and support

  • Flexible and is willing to work in client sites within or beyond Metro Manila and is open for secondment in other EY offices.
  • Has good attitude towards work and has strong desire to learn.
