Combine deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to solve clients’ most pressing challenges. Coordinate and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality and effective risk management, while driving continuous process improvement. Direct workstreams, manage client engagements, and develop innovative solutions to address client challenges. Solve complex financial problems, drive process improvements, and learn best practices in a dynamic environment. Recommend changes to policies and procedures. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Demonstrate a strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and business partnering. Possess strong business acumen with the ability to connect finance processes to strategic outcomes. Build lasting client relationships and drive commercial outcomes. Demonstrate expertise in financial planning and analysis and knowledge of leading practices for an AI/agentic-enabled FP&A organization. Coordinate teams and provide direction across multiple activities. Lead and deliver AI-enabled FP&A solutions. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovation. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in professional services/industry. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field and 4 years of work experience in professional services/industry. 
  
Must have 4 years of combined industry and/or consulting experience in financial planning and analysis. 
 
Must have at least 2 years of experience in consulting and/or advisory capacity delivering FP&A transformations, including process improvements, EPM solutions, and/or business intelligence solutions for large scale global organizations (in industry or consulting firm). 

Must have 3 years of experience partnering with FP&A leaders to translate business challenges into improved planning/forecasting processes and reporting for leadership insights, including defining AI-augmented FP&A processes, clearly communicating trade-offs, drivers, and recommendations. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience in ALL the following: 
 
• Strategic planning / long range planning, annual operating planning (AOP) / budget, and forecasting including advanced understanding of one or a combination of the following planning areas: Revenue, CoGS/CoS, OpEx, CapEx, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Earnings per Share, Consolidated P&L. 
• AI-enabled and predictive forecasting techniques, including driver-based models, scenario generation, anomaly detection, and rolling forecasts supported by advanced analytics or machine learning. 
• Management reporting and leadership dashboards. 
 
Must have 3 years of experience working with EPM platforms including one or a combination of the following: Anaplan, SAP, ORACLE EPM Cloud, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik, and/or similar solutions. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience in deconstructing complex issues and leveraging financial data to drive insights. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience leveraging modern data, analytics, and AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Copilot, Snowflake, Databricks, and/or agentic solutions) to design, validate, and govern FP&A use cases. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience in delivering end-to-end capabilities for FP&A including the following: capturing business challenges, documenting business requirements and wireframes, defining future state processes and operating model, facilitating UAT, developing FP&A training documentation for implemented solutions. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience managing complex finance transformation projects on time and on budget. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience managing finance professionals in a team environment. 
 
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international to serve client needs.
