You'll work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local clients in both Malta and Europe.
The Opportunity
EY-Parthenon has a very flat structure which will allow you to become actively involved in many levels of client work.
As a Senior Consultant, you will have a high-level of client engagement, and be responsible for developing and executing work plans, and managing associates as the team is built out. You will have responsibility for helping to develop the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients.
You will also get involved in key strategic initiatives and play an important role in supporting the build out of the business in Malta.
You will have opportunities to learn from a wide variety of senior team members through counselling relationships, mentoring, and coaching.

To qualify for the role, you must:
- Have at least two years’ experience in strategy consulting, business advisory, corporate finance or a commercial role in industry (financial services, gaming, ecommerce, tech, telecoms, health and life sciences preferred). Public policy backgrounds will also be considered.
- Be educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent; Master’s/MBA qualification would be considered an asset
- Have experience managing projects and teams
- Have both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Be a strong communicator, able to engage effectively with both clients and team members
- Possess a desire and ability to solve complex and open-ended client problems
- Be able to write well and concisely, expressing what really matters
- Be good at building productive working relationships with clients and team members
