For our tax practice in the Antwerp and Limburg region we are looking for a corporate income tax senior manager to support our teams, co-lead them and to guide our clients into the fast changing (digitalized) tax landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for a wide range of clients, with a mixed background and mixed size
• You will co-lead our teams of professionals together with the partners and directors of our tax service line in the Antwerp/Limburg region
• You will be a counselor to our junior professionals
• You will be the trusted advisor our clients are looking for in a tax consultant, linking their needs to our wide (international) network and multidisciplinary solutions
• You will advise them on their tax strategy, as well as assist them in the organization of their tax compliance and assist them in their contacts with the tax administration, be it in their negotiations to obtain advance tax rulings or assisting them during tax audits or controversy resulting from such audits
• You will have the opportunity to obtain the best learning, i.e. on the job and following our learning & development program, to further specialize yourself in tax topics, for which you will have the opportunity to put yourself in the spotlight via internal and external publishing
• You will actively participate to and lead trainings and be responsible for the development of your team members and their technical knowledge.
Your Profile
• Master’s degree in law or economics with a supplementary degree in fiscal matters
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in national corporate tax matters
• Able to work autonomously in the delegated responsibilities
• Market and client focused
• Good project and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Engish. Next to that, you are fluent in Dutch
• Preferably ITAA certified or willing to obtain the certification
• Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with project management capabilities.
