Within the People and Change practice, we help our clients harness their People Agenda: the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place, doing the right things, to continuously build a better working world.

Key Responsibilities
• Help clients solve their most complex People related challenges, both on organizational and behavioural levels
• Support transformations, transactions, and integrated mobile talent issues to make clients successful in their transformation journey
• Support the HR function by enhancing their contribution to the business strategy and the strategic allocation of talent
• Devise the optimal approach to operational transformations & change management within a specific client context
• Enhance client capabilities in change management and operational transformations by designing and delivering training programs, providing on-the-job coaching, and establishing effective continuous improvement structures
• Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in the domain of People Consulting
Skills and Attributes for Success
• Professional experience (between 4 – 7 years), either in Program/Project management, consulting, and/or in the Financial sector
• Knowledge of HR or Change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR)
• Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French/Dutch
• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience
• Good listening skills and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
