Als Finance & Accounting Manager fungeer je als een betrouwbare Business Advisor voor onze klanten. Dit betekent dat je innovatieve oplossingen aanbiedt op maat van de ondernemers en ondernemingen, waarmee je beiden een competitief voordeel bezorgt.

Your Key Responsibilities

Je bent een leergierige Finance & Accounting Manager met sterke analytische en ondernemende skills. Wanneer jij een klant ondersteunt, heb je oog voor detail en kijk je verder dan cijfers. Concreet sta je in voor volgende taken:

• Accounting & compliance: Je ondersteunt klanten in hun digitaal financieel proces, bijvoorbeeld bij het voeren van de boekhouding en met het voorbereiden en interpreteren van de jaarrekening. Daarnaast help je ook met alle fiscale aangiften inzake BTW, personen- en vennootschapsbelasting. Je adviseert klanten op financieel, fiscaal en juridisch vlak.
• Reporting: Afhankelijk van jouw interesse en ervaring kan je meewerken aan verschillende financiële projecten zoals: financiële rapporteringen, management reports, budgetting, financiële analyses, concurrentieanalyses etc.;
• Tijdelijke opdrachten: Afhankelijk van de noden van de klant, zal je ondersteuning bieden bij accounting, credit control, implementatie van (financiële) bedrijfsprocessen, financiële rapportage en KPI dashboarden, consolidaties, IAS/IFRS Accountancy/rapporteringen, budgetting, controlling, interne optimalisaties etc.;
• People: je coacht en begeleidt (Senior) Consultants. Je vormt de brug tussen het management en de consultants. Bovendien werk je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van het kantoor en services.

Your Profile

• Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit/economie;
• Je bouwde minimaal drie jaar ervaring op binnen fiscaliteit, accountancy of finance;
• Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Engels;
• Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden gezien jouw adviserende rol;
• Je bent een echte teamplayer met een nieuwsgierige, innovatieve kijk;
• Voor jou staan de ondernemer en onderneming centraal en zijn resultaten belangrijk;
• Je bent bereid je kennis up-to-date te houden door interne en externe trainingen;
• You are tech-savvy: ervaring met Exact Online en/of ERP-pakketten is een pluspunt;
• Je stelt je flexibel op om in verschillende kantoren of bij de ondernemers te werken.
