The Opportunity


In response to strong market demand, EY has ambitious plans to expand our already market leading Cybersecurity practice with strong individuals experienced in Identity & Access Management (IAM). Key Responsibilities


•    Support the growth of our team by defining and driving our IAM go-to-market approach;
•    Effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of IAM solutions. 
•    Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;
•    Perform current state assessments of IAM, including benchmarking/maturity assessments, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement
•    Manage /deliver quality projects, including development of project plans, project goals & objectives, tasks, required resources & associated budgets and timelines for completion;
•    Remain up-to-date on new developments in IAM and regulations impacting the IAM domain;

 

Skills and Attributes for Success


•    2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management/Consulting 
•    Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models, Asset Modeling, and Segregation of Duty. 
•    Understanding of IAM tools (Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, One Identity, Okta, …) is considered an advantage.
•    A proven track record of managing and delivering IAM projects
•    Strong stakeholder management and networking skills
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, capability to deliver accurate and confident communication to C-level
•    Assertive and proactive approach to the delivery/implementation of projects
•    Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
•    Excellent knowledge of English and good comprehension of Dutch and/or French
•    Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA will be highly regarded
