What is Value Creation?

Value Creation is our approach to help clients deliver a step change in performance through or topline growth, cost optimization and capital efficiency. We help companies identifying their unique “DNA of success” maximising enterprise value whilst minimising risk and business disruption through operational and strategic initiatives.

Value Creation team is part of the Strategy and Transactions Service Line (SAT) where companies are supported before and post-deal and in all the M&A activities.

What you will do:

Our teams work with healthy or underperforming / distress companies on a long time frame (average project duration could be in the range of 6 months). The work is generally focused on identifying and implement activities to improve the performance on a wide financial/operational perimeter by priority (ranging from product/service to organization, indirect costs, working capital and financial structure). These activities can be performed during M&A strategic activities or in continuity / normal situations.

You will part of the Value Creation team and support project activities like:

• Analysis and baselining
• Idea and synergies analysis
• New idea generation
• PMO and idea implementation

You will front face with client and supported in your career goals and passions / aspiration. Our mantra is “We work with passion to deliver measurable results”.

• Master's degree in engineering or economics
• Project Management and hands-on skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Aptitude for teamwork, problem solving and strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Up to 4 years work experience (corporate or consulting)

• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
• Interest in the Industrial / Consumer products sector
• Willing to travel (office base mainly Milan and Rome, other Italian locations to be evaluated case by case)
• Current citizenship and work permits for EU
