Responsibilities: 

• Contributing to Strategic Projects: Actively participate in strategic initiatives aimed at market entry, growth, and expansion plans. Develop and present client-focused solutions for both projects and business development.

Qualifications: 

• You have completed a university degree. 

• You possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate finance. 

• You demonstrate proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative analysis. 

• In addition to Slovene, you speak and write English well, as we are a regional team and all communication is in English. 

• You exhibit common sense and can stay level-headed during periods of complex and intense work. Often, you will need to rapidly familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics. 

• You communicate effectively and can build strong relationships with clients and team members. 

• And most importantly, it must be a good match. You will spend a lot of time with us, so you need to get along with the team on a personal level.

What to expect after submitting your application 

• The first step is an online meeting with our recruiter, Sandra. In this session, you'll discuss the key details of the position and clarify any questions you may have. 

• The next phase consists of online interviews with members of the EY-Parthenon team. Each interview will begin with a brief introduction from one of our colleagues, followed by a case study. We’ll also explore your fit within the team through personal-fit questions. These interviews offer a valuable opportunity to meet and interact with your potential future team members. 

• The last stage of the selection process is a brief online meeting with our team partner, Domen Zadravec.
