We are seeking for an Executive Assistant to join our EY-Parthenon strategy team in Istanbul with the following qualifications;
- Bachelors Degree
- Min. 10 years of professional work experience preferably as an executive assistant
- A Good command of written and spoken English is a must
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is a must
- Able to handle high-level confidential information
- Ability to organize and manage daily activities of Management Team
- Ability to handle multi tasks
- Dynamic and enthusiastic
Job Description
- Providing full administrative support to managers regarding clients and engagements
- Prepare formatted written documents like engagement letters, reports and proposals
- Arrange and coordinate meeting schedules, business travels and etc.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain calendar of the Leadership team
- Input datas to specific databases and monitoring
