Transformation & Value Creation Manager (Sector focus: Industries)

Currently we are looking for a Transformation & Value Creation Manager to join our team in Belgium. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects, coordinate multiple strategy and transaction engagements and motivate your team to work together on common tasks
• Promote the professional and personal development of your team members
• Develop integration or carve-out strategies and define and execute detailed planning and implementation concepts across all business and group functions
• Analyze cost structures and develop cost reduction or performance improvement programs
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Contribute to business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and by participating in client discussions
• Provide support to our national and international clients as part of functional, sectoral and regional teams

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 5 years of professional experience in business or strategy consulting, restructuring or profound experience in the transformation of business functions for corporates.
• In case you currently work in a corporate environment, such as corporate development or corporate M&A, you ideally also have gained consulting experience before.
• Master degree in civil, bio, industrial or business engineering or economics
• An MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a precise way of working
• Experience with managing complex business projects, such as carve-outs, post merger integration projects, corporate transformation projects or value creation projects
• Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team player
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English supplemented with Dutch or French
• Motivated to go the extra mile to help build and develop a consulting business that was introduced in Belgium not so long ago
• Flexible to be engaged in projects across Western Europe
