Currently we are looking for a Senior Manager/Director in Strategy & Enterprise Architecture to join our team in Belgium. 

Key responsibilities
 

In this role you will advise clients on developing strategic opportunities by providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insights. Together with a wider team, you will help them implement their strategic plans by leveraging business & technology perspectives across their organization. In addition, you will contribute to the development of a team that can provide board level strategic advice and winning large strategy and transformation engagements that leverage the wider competencies of EY as well as raise EY's profile in the market, particularly in relation to technology.

To qualify for the role, you must have
 

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business/technology/strategy consulting;
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture - convergence between business and technology & data;
• Good knowledge of future proof and emerging technology (functional, not technical);
• Ability to further develop IT due diligence projects;
• Experience in practice development and management, including staffing, learning, performance management, offering/topic development, etc.;
• Strong internal and external business development/commercial acumen - track record in business development and sales of consulting services;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent networker - ability to connect with the EY Global network;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch/French and English;
• A Master’s degree in civil/business engineering or economics. An MBA degree will be considered a strong asset.
