Currently we are looking for a Director Commercial Strategy & Pricing to join our team in Belgium. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities
 

  • You will be a vital member of the team leading and executing commercial strategy & pricing related assignments for our clients;
  • You'll collaborate with our EY-P team members to realise improved returns for clients by identifying and unlocking value through improvements in commercial strategy & pricing and optimisation of the commercial functions (sales, service, marketing, pricing), while minimising customer disruption;
  • Develop commercial strategy & pricing related strategies and define and execute detailed planning and implementation concepts across all business and group functions;
  • Developing and managing pricing models and analytical tools for our clients;
  • You will also focus on business and practice development, as well as developing team members to achieve their career goals;
  • Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;
  • Conducting market research and competitive analyses;
  • Contribute to and lead business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and by leading client discussions.


Your Profile 

 

You have: 

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in business or strategy consulting, restructuring or profound experience in the transformation of business functions for corporates.;
  • Master degree in civil, bio, industrial or business engineering or economics;
  • An MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset;
  • Significant transactions (buy and/or sell side) management consulting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a precise way of working;
  • Experience with managing complex business projects, such as carve-outs, post merger integration projects, corporate transformation projects or value creation projects;
  • Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching);
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English supplemented with Dutch or French;
  • Motivated to go the extra mile to help build and develop a consulting business that was introduced in Belgium not so long ago.
