Our hiring process consists of several key steps. After reviewing your CV, we will schedule an introductory call to get to know each other better and address practical matters. Next, you'll have the option to have an informal coffee chat with a team member, providing an opportunity to learn more about our organization. An online assessment will be administered to evaluate relevant skills and knowledge. Subsequently, a first interview will assess team fit and personality. If successful, a second interview will involve a case study. Finally, a Partner interview will take place, where you'll have the chance to engage with our leadership. Upon successful completion of the process, we will extend a formal offer to join our team.
Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank, the pre-employment screening could include the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - a Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living in or have lived during the last five years, an integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diplomas, and/or work experience, and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
