Senior Associate in EY Law Firm

The opportunity 

Join EY Law firm, an independent law firm within the EY Global network, and become a trusted advisor in Commercial, Corporate, and Employment Law. We help businesses navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence, working closely with EY Lithuania and other EY member firms to deliver solutions that mitigate risks, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable growth.

Your key responsibilities  

• Advice on business transactions, perform legal due diligence, resolve business disputes.
• Provide comprehensive legal assistance services in transactions, corporate, commercial and (or) employment law for the clients.
• Work together with an exceptional team of law experts in the field of mergers & acquisitions, employment, commercial, corporate law, etc.
• Provide legal and business advice to clients, as well as identify legal and business requirements.
• Together with more senior team members look for new opportunities to create value for our clients.
• Delegate and oversee work of junior associates.

 Attributes to thrive in the role   

• Strong expertise and work experience in corporate, commercial and (or) employment law.
• Master’s degree in law.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently while working in a collaborative, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset, ability to work in a team, including delegating tasks and supervising the work of junior colleagues.
• Curiosity and keeping up with the development of law.
• Strong commitment and an aspiration for professional and career development in legal consulting services.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.

Salary: EUR 2900 – 4300  gross, although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
