The opportunity

Join EY Law firm, an independent law firm within the EY Global network, and become a trusted advisor in Commercial, Corporate, Regulatory, GDPR, Intelectual property and Employment Law. We help businesses navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence, working closely with EY Lithuania and other EY member firms to deliver solutions that mitigate risks, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable growth 

Your key responsibilities

• Participation in structuring and advising on the business transactions, performing legal due diligences, risks assessment, and resolving business disputes.
• Work together with an exceptional team of law experts in the field of mergers & acquisitions, corporate, regulatory, employment, commercial, etc.
• Seek and master your skills in those legal fields of interest that are crucial for nowadays business.
• Closely collaborating with senior lawyers.

 Attributes to thrive in the role

• University degree (or being a last year student) in law, availability to work full time.
• Curiosity and keeping up with the law developments.
• Strong commitment and an aspiration for professional and career development in legal consulting services.
• Being responsible, punctual, polite, and accurate.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.

Salary: EUR 1950 – 2500 eur gross.
