Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive learning operations, professional development initiatives and capability-building programs within our Consulting practice. This role combines learning program management, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, vendor management and learning analytics to support the continuous growth of our consulting professionals.
The successful candidate will work closely with Consulting leaders, HR, Finance, S2P, Operations and external learning providers to deliver impactful learning experiences aligned with business priorities and workforce development goals.
Your key responsibilities
Learning Operations & Program Management:
- Coordinate and manage technical learning, certification, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs aligned with business capability needs.
- Lead end-to-end learning operations, including training administration, onboarding journeys, enrollment management, and learning completion tracking.
- Support the execution of annual learning and development priorities by partnering with business leaders and monitoring progress against development goals.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external learning providers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage vendor onboarding processes and support supplier relationships in partnership with Procurement, S2P, Finance, and Talent Development teams.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, learning champions, and dedicated education SPOCs to identify capability-building needs and deliver tailored learning solutions.
Budget & Learning Governance:
- Manage and track the annual L&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of learning investments and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Monitor training expenditures and support forecasting, reporting, and budget planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal learning processes, governance standards, and procurement requirements.
Learning Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Track learning participation, certification achievements, development progress, and completion of annual learning objectives.
- Generate insights and recommendations to support data-driven learning decisions and workforce development planning.
Process Improvement & Technology Support:
- Create and maintain learning documentation, including program charters, process documentation, governance materials, and reporting frameworks.
- Support learning-related technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational support for internal learning platforms and applications, ensuring a positive user experience.
Learning Communications & Employee Engagement:
- Design and deliver engaging learning communications across multiple channels, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, and internal campaigns.
- Promote learning initiatives, certification opportunities, and development programs to increase employee engagement and participation.
- Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, expert-led sessions, and communities of practice.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Operations, Learning Operations or a related area.
- Experience managing learning programs, certifications, training operations and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with learning vendors, procurement processes and budget management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis, reporting, dashboard preparation and executive-level presentation development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience within a professional services, Consulting or matrix organization.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms and collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting capability-building, reskilling or workforce transformation programs.
- Knowledge of learning analytics, employee development frameworks and certification management.
