Job Title: Senior Associate – Organizational Effectiveness Support - Canada

Job Summary: The Senior Associate – Organizational Effectiveness Support role will operate as an extension of the onshore Canada Organizational Effectiveness team within Talent Development. The role will support Organizational Effectiveness initiatives while also providing the operational, administrative and coordination support. This includes developing high-quality presentations, synthesizing information into clear insights, maintaining trackers and reports, coordinating logistics and documentation, supporting stakeholder follow-ups, and helping ensure deliverables are accurate, timely and client-ready. The individual will be expected to combine strong PowerPoint storytelling, advanced Excel capability, structured execution, sound judgement and professional communication skills to support decision-making and delivery across Canadian time zones.

Essential Functions of the Job: The key function of this position is to support the Canada Organizational Effectiveness practice through presentation development, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, learning deployment-style administration, process support and execution support for Talent Development initiatives.
• Create clear, visually engaging and professional PowerPoint decks for Organizational Effectiveness initiatives, leadership discussions, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
• Synthesize information from multiple inputs into structured narratives, executive summaries, talking points, charts, visuals and actionable insights.
• Use advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs and data analysis, to support reporting, tracking, planning and decision-making.
• Prepare data-backed reports, dashboards, status updates and presentation materials to support Canada Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness priorities.
• Provide Talent Development administration support, including maintaining participant lists, session schedules, attendance information, completion records, evaluation inputs and other program documentation as required.
• Coordinate operational activities for learning, change, communication or OE-related interventions, including calendar coordination, invite management, meeting logistics, material readiness, pre-read circulation and post-session follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate trackers, status reports, action logs, learning calendars and working documents to support visibility, governance and timely decision-making.
• Support end-to-end administrative activities beyond system deployment, including coordination with facilitators, learners, business contacts and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with onshore Canada stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify objectives, capture feedback and translate ideas into high-quality deliverables.
• Bring creative thinking to problem solving, content design and stakeholder deliverables, while maintaining accuracy, consistency and alignment with EY standards.
• Support planning and coordination of Organizational Effectiveness workstreams, including meeting preparation, stakeholder follow-ups, action tracking, documentation, logistics and closure of administrative activities.
• Manage and organize working documents, trackers, templates, SharePoint folders, learning assets and other knowledge resources required by the Canada team.
• Contribute to workshop, communication and change-related materials that support Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development interventions.
• Assist with quality checks for learning and OE materials, ensuring version control, naming conventions, formatting, accuracy and readiness for stakeholder or participant use.
• Maintain attention to detail while working with confidential or sensitive business information, ensuring materials are accurate, polished and client-ready.
• Work flexibly across India and Canada time zones to support stakeholder meetings, deliverable reviews and time-sensitive priorities.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
• Strong PowerPoint capability, including visual design, executive storytelling, slide structuring, formatting, charting and the ability to create polished, high-impact decks.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, data cleansing, analysis, trackers and reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with multiple stakeholders and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas, improve content quality, simplify complex information and bring structure to ambiguous requirements.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder inputs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, ask the right questions and follow through on actions with minimal supervision.
• Stakeholder management mindset, with comfort working across virtual teams and supporting senior team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to learn and leverage digital, analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve quality, efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Understanding of learning deployment operations, including scheduling, learner communications, facilitator coordination, attendance tracking, completion monitoring, evaluation support and issue resolution.
• Strong administrative discipline, attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation, trackers and process records across multiple workstreams.

Other Responsibilities:
• Contribute to Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development activities, projects and practice-building priorities as required.
• Support knowledge sharing, process documentation and continuous improvement of team ways of working.
• Provide ad hoc administrative, reporting and coordination support for learning deployment, OE initiatives, stakeholder meetings and Talent Development priorities.

Other Requirements:
• Flexibility to work across Canada time zones is preferred and may be required based on stakeholder and project needs.
• Willingness to attend meetings or support deliverables during overlapping Canada working hours when required.
• Ability to manage confidential information, stakeholder expectations and urgent deliverables with professionalism.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development, Communications, Commerce or a related discipline required. Relevant certifications or coursework in organizational effectiveness, change management, analytics or presentation design would be an advantage.

Experience: 
• Experience supporting Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, learning deployment administration, change, communications, HR projects or business operations in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience creating PowerPoint presentations, working with Excel-based reporting or analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
• Prior experience with learning coordination, program administration, learner communications, reporting, scheduling, documentation or deployment operations would be preferred.

Certification Requirements: Certification or training in change management, organizational effectiveness, HR, analytics, PowerPoint design or advanced Excel is an advantage but not mandatory.
