Your key responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality in service delivery

• Maintain interpersonal skills to engage with peers and other seniors of the firm, in matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Contribute in improving the processes and propose credible options

Skills and attributes for success

• Capability to understand an end-to-end process

• Understanding of EY delivery methodology for Global Compliance Reporting/Tax Finance Operate engagements

• Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of data visualization tools and packages such as Excel or Power BI

• Basic knowledge on Tax and Accounting

• Understand Data and Technology deployment approach (e.g., technology implementation phases, gather requirements, design, tech set up, tech test, etc.)

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Have excellent quality in service delivery

• Ensure the standard operating procedure is followed

• Flag the risks appropriately at right time

• Participate in development of re-usable assets

Ideally, you must also

• Have an analytical mindset, quick learner and capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and be able to deliver work in a structured manner

• Have the ability to coordinate project activities and work well with different teams including geographically dispersed resources across multiple teams within EY and the client side

• Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs

What we look for

• Bachelors or master’s degree, Commerce or Business Management

• 3 - 5 years’ experience of working in a multi-cultural and team environment
