Technology Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist
The opportunity
We’re growing our Talent Attraction & Acquisition team and are looking for experienced recruiters with a strong interest in Technology and AI-driven hiring to help us attract and secure the best talent in a highly competitive market. This role will play a key part in enabling EY to deliver on its technology, data and AI strategy and growth ambitions.
This is a 12-month contract, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact and further develop your expertise in technology-led recruitment. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team focused on delivering a best-in-class experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment, with the role able to be based from any EY office across Australia. Flexible or reduced hours may also be considered.
Your key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders across technology, data and AI to understand capability needs and deliver high-quality, future-ready talent.
- Develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies leveraging digital tools, platforms and AI-enabled insights.
- Identify and engage hard-to-find talent across emerging skill areas (e.g. AI, cyber, cloud, digital transformation) through proactive market mapping and talent intelligence.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless, tech-enabled experience across the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and adherence to recruitment governance, policy and processes.
- Support hiring managers with strategic workforce conversations, including diversity, location strategy, remote talent and global mobility.
Skill and attributes for success
- Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally with exposure to technology, digital or AI-related hiring.
- Strong capability in leveraging sourcing tools, platforms and recruitment technologies (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, AI-enabled sourcing).
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into talent outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A growth mindset and genuine interest in emerging technologies and how they are shaping the future of work and talent acquisition.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience managing recruitment within a professional services environment / large corporate across a broad range of roles.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary which is open to negotiation pending on skills and experience.
