The Opportunity
As part of the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice you will provide risk culture and conduct services to financial institutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Manager in the FSRM team, you will be leading EY risk culture services in the market through business development, project planning and high-quality project execution. You will:
- Lead and support risk culture engagements for financial institutions across Singapore, from assessment through to solution design and implementation.
- Conduct presentations on risk culture and conduct to boards and clients.
- Communicate complex behaviour-based insights to senior stakeholders confidently.
- Contribute to the growth of EY’s risk culture services through client proposals, market discussions and thought leadership.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, supervisory guidance and key challenges relating to risk culture and conduct across different markets.
- Experience conducting structured behavioural interviews and developing evidence-based assessments.
- Ability to bring together risk, regulatory and behavioural perspectives to develop clear insights.
- Effective leadership, project management and teamwork skills.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience, including a few years of which is in a consulting firm.
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Business Management, Economics, Banking and Finance; candidates with a degree in psychology or behavioural science is a plus.
