Your key responsibilities

    • Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
    • Drive requirements workshops, user story creation, process modelling, and backlog prioritisation.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.
    • Collaborate with architects and development teams during solution design and implementation.
    • Support end-to-end delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
    • Ensure adoption of Pega best practices, governance standards, and BPM principles.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

  • Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA). 
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Pega project experience.
  • Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Deep understanding of Pega Case Management, Pega capabilities, implementation best practices, and common challenges.
  • Experience with Pega Blueprint, Constellation, GenAI, and other latest Pega platform features.
  • Strong BPM and business process analysis skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
