The opportunity
We are looking for CX Coordinator – Associate who will be responsible for general mailbox management and managing various activities in Global Client Experience system.
Your key responsibilities
- Provides administrative support on survey / interview; including but not exclusive to creation, coordination, list management, sampling, upload and other administrative tasks related to surveys / interviews.
- Gather data, create, and administer any reporting, if needed.
- Develops and maintains excellent working relationship with the regional CSat focal and various internal departments to carefully and effectively address their needs.
- Work in creative and pro-active manner to suggest improvement for effective flow of work.
- Cross-train appropriate peers to ensure seamless support of feedback initiatives.
- Ensure the highest quality standards around accuracy and implement accordingly.
- Determine proper analysis techniques, with guidance from supervisor(s) to best translate and communicate complex data.
- May have to manage a shared mailbox
Skills and attributes for success
- Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously, in fast paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good oral & written communication
- Comfortable working with complex data entry systems
- Intermediate knowledge on Excel, PPT and PowerBI
- Exposure to international cultures and virtual teaming is an added advantage
- Market research preferred
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree preferred
- Approximately -5 2-3 years of experience in similar industry required
- Worked in a large Global organization
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Depending on regional geography, some travel may be required as well as attending leadership meetings/training. From time to time, internal and external obligations may require working after normal business hours.
Technologies and Tools
- Intermediate knowledge on Excel, PPT and PowerBI
- Exposure to other data visualization tools like Qualtrics, Tableu, etc. will be preferred.
