The opportunity 

EY GDS Poland is a member of EY’s global integrated service delivery network. As part of the EY GDS Poland Finance Consulting Practice, you will support global clients in transforming their finance processes through process intelligence and advanced analytics.

The Celonis Senior Consultant plays a key role in delivering finance transformation initiatives by leveraging Celonis Process Intelligence and advanced analytics.

Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate business needs into data-driven insights and actionable improvements, driving measurable outcomes across finance processes.

We are seeking a Functional Consultant who will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving process intelligence and transformation initiatives using Celonis.

This role combines finance domain expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement, enabling the translation of business needs into data-driven insights and actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Celonis-based process discovery, analysis, and improvement initiatives
• Translate business needs into analytical/technical requirements
• Identify process inefficiencies, root causes, and value opportunities
• Convert data insights into actionable business recommendations
• Facilitate workshops (process, data, value identification)
• Define KPIs, benchmarks, and improvement roadmaps
• Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams
• Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support value realization and continuous improvement
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Celonis (data gathering, dashboards design and analysis)
• Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle)
• Fluent English
