The Opportunity
Assurance - Management Accounts - Manager - Hong Kong
The role is to support the Leaders in managing and overseeing the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to management accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted business advisor to the Assurance team, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Support revenue performance management account initiatives, helping to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
- Drive forward-looking analysis and planning, including supporting the annual revenue planning cycle and ongoing performance reviews
- Translate data into actionable insights, highlighting key business drivers and recommending improvements
- Deliver meaningful reporting and dashboards to support leadership visibility on performance
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align on strategic priorities and performance outcomes
- Monitor key business metrics (both top-line and profitability indicators) and ensure alignment with overall service line objectives
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance & accounting, or any related discipline
- CPA with a minimum 5+years of relevant experience in financial institutions (*Big 4 FS audit & in-house finance work experience would make a great combination)
- Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers to provide insight and advice to senior management
- Sensitive about number, well-organized, self-driven, detailed-minded and committed
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
