About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive market expansion, acquire new enterprise customers, and promote our Data Services portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from market exploration and lead generations to solution consulting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

This position requires strong experience in B2B technology sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions to enterprise clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers across multiple industries
  • Conduct outbound prospecting: networking, industry events, cold outreach, partner channels
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline with consistent opportunity flow
  • Lead discovery workshops and assess customer challenges and readiness for data transformation
  • Consult clients on Data Platform, Data Warehouse/Lakehouse, BI & Analytics, ETL/ELT, Data Governance, and related services
  • Collaborate with technical teams (Solution Architect, Data Engineer, Delivery Manager) to develop proposals, SOWs, demos, and POCs
  • Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → demo/POC → negotiation → closing
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers (CXO, IT Director, Data Lead…)
  • Explore upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent the company at conferences, events, and partner activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology partners (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Google…)

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
  • 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience (IT, cloud, data, analytics)
  • Proven track record in new business hunting and revenue achievement
  • Strong understanding of Data Platforms, BI, ETL/ELT, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP is a plus)
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business challenges into high‑level technical requirements
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
