Your key responsibilities:
•    Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of eFront solutions to meet business requirements.
•    Work closely with Private Equity and Asset Management clients to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.
•    Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
•    Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
•    Provide training and guidance to end users on eFront functionalities.
•    Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and integration with existing systems.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
•    Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Private Equity technology solutions.

 

Skills & attributes for success:
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
•    Min. 3 years of defining data migration approaches and execution of eFront system. Candidates with more experiences will be considered for a more senior position.
•    Mandatory experience in eFront implementation.
•    Strong understanding of Private Equity, Asset Management, and alternative investments.
•    Experience in business analysis, system configuration, and process optimization.
•    Strong knowledge of fund accounting, investor reporting, and portfolio management processes.
•    Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
