The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and evolve EY Ireland's employer brand strategy at a time of significant growth and transformation. As Employer Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping how EY is perceived as an employer across the Irish market, developing compelling talent attraction campaigns and building brand experiences that resonate with diverse talent audiences.
Working closely with Talent, Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC), Service Line leaders and external partners, you will drive integrated recruitment marketing strategies that support our hiring ambitions across all levels, from students and graduates through to experienced hires and leadership talent.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will act as the central point of expertise for employer branding, bringing together market insights, data, storytelling and creative campaigns to strengthen EY's reputation and enhance the candidate experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
Employer Brand Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a market-leading employer brand strategy aligned with EY Ireland's business priorities, growth plans and talent acquisition objectives.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen EY's position as an employer of choice across key talent segments.
- Partner with leadership teams to align employer branding activities with workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Ensure all employer brand communications authentically reflect EY's purpose, culture, values and employee experience.
Recruitment Marketing and Campaign Delivery
- Lead the planning, development and execution of integrated recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, partnerships and traditional channels.
- Create innovative campaigns that increase awareness, engagement and candidate conversion across priority talent audiences.
- Oversee the production of marketing assets, content and advertising materials, ensuring consistency with EY brand standards.
- Develop compelling employer value proposition (EVP) messaging tailored to diverse talent segments and market needs.
Early Careers and Student Attraction
- Lead EY Ireland's student and graduate attraction marketing strategy, ensuring the firm maintains a strong presence across universities and key talent networks.
- Develop campaigns and content that engage early career talent and support graduate recruitment objectives.
- Oversee and continuously optimise careers website content and candidate journeys to enhance the user experience and improve application conversion rates.
Stakeholder and Partner Management
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Talent, Service Lines, BMC and the wider UKI network to drive collaboration and achieve shared outcomes.
- Work closely with internal creative teams to develop engaging and impactful employer brand campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, job boards, universities and sponsorship partners to maximise reach and effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employer brand best practice, market trends and talent attraction strategies.
Insights, Analytics and Performance
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities and risks.
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, optimise campaign performance and improve return on investment.
- Define and track key employer brand metrics including awareness, engagement, candidate quality, diversity outcomes and conversion performance.
- Produce regular reporting and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Budget and Governance
- Manage employer branding budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to maximise business impact.
- Ensure all campaigns and activities comply with EY brand guidelines and governance requirements.
- Continuously evaluate new channels, technologies and approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in employer branding, talent attraction marketing, brand marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated success developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of employer branding principles, digital marketing channels and candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Experience working within professional services, consulting, technology or other complex matrix organisations.
- Experience supporting student, graduate and early careers recruitment programmes.
- Knowledge of social media advertising, content marketing, SEO and recruitment marketing technologies.
- Experience developing diversity-focused attraction campaigns and employer brand initiatives.
