Digital Risk allows you to act as a bridging function between the business and the technology agenda through multiple dedicated services: Technology governance, Emerging technologies (eg. AI), Resilience and Cryptography.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will review and advise our clients in regard to a wide range of IT processes such as Data Management, Change Management, Identity & Access Management…
  • You will review and advise our clients in their AI journey embedding Risk Management into this exciting evolution.
  • You will review and advise clients on their legal digital risk landscape, assess their compliance maturity with key digital regulations such as the CER Directive, AI Act, and Data Act, and support the implementation of the required measures.
  • You will review and advise our clients regarding their current / potential cloud set-up with a focus on cost optimization.
  • You will get involved in increasingly challenging engagements, new solutions and emerging technologies, such as Quantum Computing and AI.
  • You will help our clients into developing their Business Resilience – by implementing Business Continuity and evaluating this for them.
  • You will review and assist during the setup of public key infrastructures, trust services and cryptographic usage against industry leading practices (e.g. WebTrust, ETSI, eIDAS, NIST, …).
  • You will contribute in providing our clients with EY supported insights and pragmatic recommendations to further improve business performance, operational efficiency and risk management.
  • You will take responsibility for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements, reporting directly to the executive level.
  • You will develop strong client relationships and potentially identify new business opportunities.
  • You will guide less experienced team members in multiple engagements, fostering collaborative teamwork and share expertise.
  • You will review and assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and compliance audits in view of digital risk management.

  • Qualifications
  • You ideally have a Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Engineering or Management with an IT option or related to science or IT. You have a keen interest in technology;
  • Having knowledge about Quantum Computing or Cloud is considered plus but not a mandatory requirement.
  • You have previous experience (1 to 4 years) in topics such as digital risk, general risk management, IT Governance and audit, AI Governance, Quantum Computing or business resilience.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, and are fluent in either Dutch or French;
  • You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
  • You have good people, analytical, and reporting skills with a positive, problem-solving mindset;
  • You are able to work autonomously with a focus on getting things done;
  • You have to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment.
