Job description
EY Fabric Growth & Adoption is responsible for driving real-world adoption of EY Fabric products by working at the intersection of:
- Client needs and feedback
- Platform capabilities
- Product evolution
The team focuses on removing friction, accelerating delivery, and feeding improvements back into the platform, ensuring that client-driven solutions become reusable, scalable, and integrated into core product offerings.
Responsibilities
Client-Driven Delivery
- Partner with PreSales and client-facing teams to capture real-world friction points and unmet requirements.
- Analyze root causes and define pragmatic solutions (feature improvements, integrations, automations).
- Deliver working solutions in short cycles (1–4 weeks) and ensure they are merged into product codebases.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Design and implement solutions across infrastructure, scripting, and application layers.
- Provide technical guidance aligned with platform standards and best practices.
- Navigate hybrid and cloud-based environments within EY Fabric.
Product & Offering Influence
- Actively review new and existing offerings across Growth & Adoption.
- Provide structured feedback on solution design, usability, and readiness.
- Ensure alignment across teams before releases.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify improvement opportunities in high-usage offerings.
- Contribute fixes, enhancements, or automation to improve adoption and user experience.
- Feed field learnings back into engineering, documentation, and runbooks.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work across team boundaries (Product, Engineering, Operations, PreSales).
- Translate technical scenarios into clear language for business stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and contribute to shared knowledge and best practices.
Skills
Core
- Excellent communication skills (technical and business audiences)
- Strong documentation and structured communication capabilities
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and codebases
Technical
- Broad technical capability (breadth over depth) across:
- Infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Application-level development and integration
- Strong understanding of:
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Code and release management (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery - MANDATORY
Desired Experience
- Experience working in large organizations with complex processes and dependencies
- Experience in Agile environments and fast iteration cycles
- Experience designing, integrating, and supporting solutions at scale
- Experience in API-driven ecosystems and platform-based architectures
- Experience working close to clients, PreSales, or product teams
Desired Certifications (Optional)
- Microsoft Azure certifications
- DevOps or Cloud Architecture certifications
- Any certification related to automation, infrastructure, or platform engineering
