IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Digital and Emerging Technologies - Microsoft 

 

Advise clients to understand, architect, select and implement bleeding edge solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on Digital and Cloud.

 

The opportunity

 

We are looking for new colleague who will be part of our amazing digital team and with expertise in Technical Architecture. As a Technical Architect, you will directly support the digital factory leads and oversee the Technical and Infrastructure design process throughout the lifecycle of a range of products. You are responsible of the ongoing management of the requirements from business stakeholders and help managing the team to perform a variety of complex technical or professional work activities in a wide and often unpredictable context.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Need to work as a Technical Architect on Microsoft .Net/Full stack and its related tools and technologies.
  • Apply best practices in software design and architectural patterns, including microservices, CQRS, and DDD, to solve complex business problems.
  • Leverage Azure Cloud capabilities to design and deploy cloud-native applications, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
  • Serve as a technical leader and mentor to development teams, guiding them in the design and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations, especially in Angular, .NET, Web API, SQL, and Azure Cloud. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance product development and organizational efficiency.
  • Ensure the quality of architecture and design of systems through supervision and implementation of appropriate processes and standards.
  • Incorporate security and data protection best practices into all architectural designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide key input in technology stack evaluation and recommend technology choices for integrating enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering teams and architects to ensure synergy and consistency across solutions (in terms of technology and architecture).
  • Help evaluate and make decisions on technologies, tools, and overall technology strategy.
  • Research, advice and consult on best practices and solutions to improve the quality standards of the application development.
  • Collaborating and managing all the project requirements and ensuring the product deliverable are done as per the timelines.
  • Lead and mentor development teams.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and development teams.

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in software development and architecture with a focus on Angular, .NET, Web API, SQL, and Azure Cloud.
  • Demonstrable experience with microservices, CQRS, and DDD.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions in Azure Cloud.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor developers and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to tackling complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Relevant certifications in .NET, Azure, and architectural design patterns are highly desirable.
  • A portfolio of projects or contributions to open-source projects demonstrating expertise in the required technology stack and architectural patterns.
