We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist in Zurich (start date asap) to partner with the business and to drive long-term value for our  people through attracting and hiring the right talents.


The opportunity

As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with hiring managers and other teams. Understanding our business issues and imperatives and identifying and implementing recruitment solutions will extend your talents. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.


Your key responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for Service Line stakeholders, proactively manage multiple relationships and ensure effective and timely recruitment
  • Perform the full-life cycle recruitment with the goal of creating a “best in class candidate experience” with focus on campus talents
  • Understand our business goals, develop relationships and join campus events to attract and acquire next ceneration candidates and anticipate talent needs


To qualify for the role you must have

  • 4-6 years of experience as professional Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment, ideally as inhouse recruiter 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
