The opportunity
As part of our Risk Consulting Team, you will advise companies across various industries outside the financial services sector on how to maintain trust and realize opportunities in an everchanging world. We support our clients in the areas of “Enterprise Resilience”, “Digital Risk Management”, “ESG Risk Management”, “Internal Audit”, “Internal Controls” and “Operational Risk Management”.

Your key responsibilities
- Enterprise Resilience: support our team with assessing our client’s resilience in the areas of strategic, financial, value chain, information and technology, talent and physical assets. Help our clients design and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs creating integrated and streamlined approaches to creating value through risk-informed decision making.
- Digital Risk Management: support our team with helping our clients to manage their technology risks, ranging from Trusted AI and Ethical Use of Technology to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Technology implementations and managing large technology transformation risks.
- ESG Risk Management: support our team with assessing our client’s risk management programs against regulatory ESG risk management requirements as well as with designing and integrating functional risk management programs under one centralized ESG risk management governance.
- Internal Audit: support our team with the establishment or transformation of Internal Audit functions, as well as with Internal Audit execution in various operational areas of our clients. Support the review of process and internal controls effectiveness and efficiencies and support in identifying compliance gaps. Support the identification and reporting of areas of improvement to Senior Management within the client organization. Be part of our the Internal Audit services we provide to our clients in Switzerland as well as across the globe with great international travel opportunities.
- Internal Controls: support our team with the design and implementation of Internal Control Systems (ICS) to improve their management of financial risks. Support our team with performing testing of controls against international standards, such as Sarbanes-Oxley-Act or J-SOX.
- Operational Risk Management: support our team with helping our clients to manage operational risks in the area of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Supply Chain Risk Management, Program Risk Management (PRM)
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant programs
- 3+ years of professional experience in Resilience, Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Supply Chain Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Digital & AI Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls or other relevant areas. Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products or Manufacturing is considered as a plus
- 2-3 years of professional experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology, e.g., SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer or similar platforms
- Recognized certifications in the field of risk management, such as CRMA, CRISC, CFE, CIA etc. are considered as a plus
- Analytical skills and willingness to perform analytical tasks handling large amounts of data
- Fast learner with a growth mindset
- Good interpersonal skills, which enable you to work in an international, collaborative team environment
- You are intellectually curious and genuinely interested in new technologies and digitalization
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%) in Europe and across the Globe
- Strong communication skills in English and German is a must. Any additional language spoken is considered as a plus
