About FAAS / Finance Optimization
Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in Switzerland is growing strongly. To support this expansion, our Finance Optimization team is seeking a Senior Consultant to join us in Basel, Zurich or Geneva.
Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant in our Finance Optimization team, you will support clients across key CFO agenda topics with a strong focus on digital finance transformation. You will work in multidisciplinary teams that combine finance and accounting knowledge with process, data and technology capabilities—helping deliver practical solutions and measurable improvements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support digital finance transformation projects, including ERP/EPM initiatives, automation use cases and finance data and analytics workstreams.
- Analyse and improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A).
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops and produce high‑quality deliverables.
- Support finance and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and value.
- Assist with project management activities and governance routines.
- Contribute to knowledge building and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Develop expertise in emerging finance technologies.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation.
- Exposure to ERP/EPM implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Confidence in producing professional deliverables.
- Teamwork mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; German/French a plus.
