Unser spezialisiertes EY-Parthenon (EY-P) Team im Bereich Financial Services unterstützt unsere Kunden aus der Finanzbranche in komplexen, transaktionsbezogenen Corporate Finance Themen, insbesondere mit Bewertungen, Finanzmodellierung und Datenanalysen. Deine Hauptaufgaben

• Als Senior Consultant unterstützt Du entsprechende Bewertungs- und Modellierungs-Projekte im Bereich Financial Services und interagierst direkt mit Kunden;
• Du erstellst komplexe Finanzmodelle im Rahmen von M&A Transaktionen;
• Du erstellst Unternehmensbewertungen mit verschiedenen Methoden und nach internationalen Standards, zudem bewertest Du im Rahmen von Purchase Price Allocations immaterielle Vermögenswerte;
• Du führst Impairmenttests und Optionsbewertungen für das Financial Accounting durch;
• Du unterstützt bei Go-to-Market-Tätigkeiten, Recherchen und Marktanalysen;
• Du arbeitest in multidisziplinären Teams und für verschiedene Industrien innerhalb des Finanzdienstleistungssektors;
• Zur fundierten Ausbildung wirst Du auch in anderen Transaktionsbereichen mitwirken.

Was wir suchen

• Hochschulabschluss (Master) mit Vertiefung in Finance, Accounting, Bank- oder Versicherungswirtschaft;
• Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Bewertung, Finanzmodellierung und Corporate Finance;
• Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise;
• Relevante Erfahrung oder aufrichtiges Interesse am Finanzdienstleistungssektor;
• Fortgeschrittene Excel Kenntnisse. Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung und Visualisierung von grossen Datenmengen (z.B. mit Python oder PowerBI) von Vorteil;
• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich. Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder anderen europäischen Sprachen von Vorteil;
• Überzeugung für das Einbringen von eigenen Ideen und dem Übernehmen von Verantwortung;
• Aufgeschlossene, humorvolle und dynamische Persönlichkeit;
• Erfolgsgaranten, die dich bei uns weiterbringen: Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, gewinnendes Auftreten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.

• The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $XXX per hour.  Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data. 
• If you join EY full time after your internship, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  In addition, our Total Rewards package for full time hires includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
