Manager - Supply Chain Transformation in Product Lifecycle Management

The opportunity
In the area of Supply Chain Transformation you will accompany organizations in the implementation of company-wide end-to-end, Product Lifecycle Management, Innovation Capability and Operations transformation programs - from strategy and concept to development and implementation.
Your key responsibilities
- You will lead client facing teams to provide innovative solutions to customers globally
- You will work with clients to develop and implement the next generation of Supply Chain- and PLM/Innovation Solutions.
- You will lead consulting teams to deliver Supply Chain and Innovation Excellence to clients and also help to create a positive learning culture.
- You will lead EY and P&G knowledge and concepts for our practice, while actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships.
- You will join an international and supporting team, that puts your career in the center.
Skills and attributes for success
- University Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar discipline
- You have 5+ years of relevant industry experience in high-profile large sized CPG companies (>10bn revenue) with proven track-record of leading teams to deliver complex supply chain / PLM transformations
- You have 3+ years of relevant consulting experience in Big-4 as project lead of company-wide end-to-end supply chain/ PLM transformations (Manager level)
- You bring deep sector expertise in the following areas:

Product Lifecycle Management, Innovation, Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Transformation, Network Operations, Planning, Sustainability
- Optional: familiarity with digital technology and SAP tools (e.g. ERP, MDG, PIM) and Microsoft Power Platform and tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and cloud hosting.
- You are flexible, including willingness to work from home as well as travel regionally and globally
- As an international company, we require excellent English language skills (certified C2 or native), proficiency of other languages such as German is a plus.
