We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing HR Transformation Team in Switzerland. In this role, you will combine SuccessFactors expertise with broader HR transformation capabilities, lead complex client engagements, support business development activities and help shape how emerging technologies such as AI and digital agents create value across HR.

Whether your expertise lies in Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Management or Talent solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with leading organizations across industries and contribute to the growth of our practice.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programmes for national and international clients
  • Advise HR and business leaders on HR technology, digital HR and workforce transformation topics
  • Design and deliver innovative SuccessFactors solutions across one or more modules
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of complex engagements
  • Support business development activities, client pursuits, proposal development and RFP responses
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Help clients understand how AI, automation and digital agents can enhance HR processes, employee experiences and workforce decisions

  

 

What we look for

  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology transformation initiatives
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Employee Central (EC)
    • Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
    • Recruiting
    • Onboarding
    • Performance & Goals
    • Time Management / Time Tracking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and the role AI can play in shaping the future of HR
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the growth of a high-performing team
  • Fluency in English and at least one Swiss national language (German, French or Italian)
