As a Manager or Senior Manager in our People Consulting team, you will help leading organizations in Switzerland and internationally navigate complex business, workforce and technology transformations.

You will work with senior client stakeholders to design and deliver transformation programs that drive adoption, build organizational capability, and enable sustainable business outcomes. Our work spans organizational change management, learning and capability building, workforce transformation, culture and employee experience, digital adoption, and large-scale technology implementations.

Depending on your level, you will lead workstreams or entire programs, contribute to business development activities, develop trusted client relationships, and coach high-performing teams.

You will join a fast-growing and collaborative team that works at the intersection of people, technology, and business transformation.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of organizational change, learning, communication, culture, and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organizations.
  • Partner with client executives and transformation leaders to develop strategies that increase adoption and realization of business benefits.
  • Guide clients through business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-enabled, and operating model transformation programs.
  • Manage project teams and coach junior colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes and exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive business development activities, including client relationship management, proposal development, commercial discussions, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Lead workstreams or end-to-end programs from strategy and design through implementation and sustainment.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of EY's People Consulting practice through innovation, thought leadership, people development, and market activities.
 
 

What we look for

For Manager candidates:

  • 6–10 years of experience in consulting or industry, with a focus on change management, learning, HR transformation, workforce transformation, or related fields.
  • Experience delivering complex transformation programs and managing client stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and workstreams while maintaining a high-quality client experience.

For Senior Manager candidates:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong business development experience, including proposal development, commercial management, and sales origination.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent.

For both levels:

  • Experience with large-scale business, digital, ERP, AI, or workforce transformations.
  • Knowledge of leading change methodologies, design thinking, agile approaches, learning transformation, and adoption strategies.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required. German and/or French are highly desirable for the Swiss market.
