About FAAS / Finance Optimization
Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in Switzerland is growing strongly. To support this expansion, our Finance Optimization team is seeking a Manager to join us in Basel, Zurich or Geneva.
Role Overview
As a Manager, you will lead client engagements and multidisciplinary teams across digital finance transformation programmes. You will take ownership of workstreams, manage stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high‑quality outputs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital finance transformation engagements including ERP/EPM programmes, automation use cases, and finance data & analytics workstreams.
- Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A), translating business requirements into clear process designs and functional specifications.
- Guide and mentor project teams to ensure quality and effective collaboration.
- Design and lead client workshops and manage stakeholders.
- Drive planning, governance, risk mitigation and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with EY service lines to bring holistic solutions to clients.
- Lead business development and proposal activities.
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal methodologies.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation.
- Experience leading ERP/EPM or finance transformation workstreams.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and ensure high‑quality client delivery.
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; German/French a plus.
