At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

Shape the future of Finance

At EY, we help leading organizations reimagine the finance function—combining deep Finance and Accounting expertise with data, cloud and leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology. Our teams advise CFOs, Group Controllers and Finance leaders on high-impact transformations that improve the speed, transparency and reliability of financial consolidation, close, planning, forecasting and enterprise reporting.

You will join a multidisciplinary, international team delivering complex programs from strategy and roadmap through process design, solution architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and continuous improvement. Our work connects Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Sustainability, Data and Technology—giving you the opportunity to solve critical business challenges and build modern, trusted finance capabilities.

The opportunity

As a Manager, you will lead major workstreams and client relationships across EPM and finance transformation programs. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape the transformation agenda and take accountability for converting strategic ambition into pragmatic solutions and measurable outcomes. You will combine deep consolidation expertise, technology insight, commercial awareness and people leadership to deliver with confidence in complex environments.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead EPM strategy, maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, target operating models and technology-enabled delivery programs.

  • Advise CFOs, Group Controllers, Heads of Consolidation and FP&A leaders on statutory and management consolidation, group reporting, close optimization, planning, forecasting and performance steering.

  • Own the design and delivery of CCH Tagetik, OneStream or comparable EPM workstreams and solutions, ensuring alignment across process, data, controls, architecture and operating model.

  • Lead fit-to-standard, fit-gap and design workshops; make clear recommendations and govern critical decisions across ownership, currency translation, intercompany matching and eliminations, cash flow, disclosures, reporting controls and auditability.

  • Direct multidisciplinary and global teams across requirements, solution design, build, data migration, testing, reconciliation, cutover, training, deployment and stabilization.

  • Connect EPM with ERP and enterprise data platforms to establish trusted finance data flows, clear control points and scalable reporting architectures.

  • Manage scope, quality, risks, dependencies, economics and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.

  • Develop trusted senior client relationships and communicate complex topics through persuasive recommendations, decision papers and executive-level presentations.

  • Coach and develop team members, strengthen delivery quality and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

  • Support market growth through proposals, solution development, thought leadership, alliance collaboration and account development.

What we look for

  • Approximately 4–10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in EPM, financial consolidation, group reporting, planning or finance transformation.

  • Deep understanding of consolidation and reporting principles, ideally including IFRS or another major reporting framework, legal and management structures, ownership changes, eliminations, currency translation, close controls and disclosure requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience leading CCH Tagetik, OneStream or comparable EPM implementations, major workstreams or solution designs.

  • Proven ability to advise senior Finance stakeholders, facilitate complex decisions and translate strategic priorities into executable transformation plans.

  • Strong program and workstream leadership, including planning, governance, risk management, quality assurance, team mobilization and delivery oversight.

  • Commercial awareness and experience contributing to proposals, estimates, client development or account growth.

  • Ability to connect Finance strategy, process, people, data and technology into a coherent and sustainable solution.

  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to coach teams, build trust and maintain high standards under pressure.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
