Our People Advisory Services business unit is focused on our client’s people agenda. We help our clients transform their organizations and empower their people. This includes organization and workforce transformation, change experience and learning, talent management, people analytics, culture and leadership, digital HR, rewards and people mobility.


The opportunity 

To further strengthen our Digital HR team in Switzerland, we are looking for a client facing HR / HR-IT / HCM Consulting Team with 4 – 6 People. The Digital HR team is one of our key growth areas and focusses on HR Transformation and HR Technology.

  • Deliver local and global HR Strategy, Operating Model and Technology transformation programs
  • Deliver HR / HR-IT transformation / implementation projects from design, implementation up to transition to business as usual
  • Create HR / HR-IT business cases considering, technical, investment, cost and employee experience elements
  • Drive independently go-to-market initiatives and be involved in the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Identify and build new opportunities by establishing new and leveraging existing client relationships
  • Last but not least, various teaming and social get together activities and events


What you as a team can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • A team of 4 – 6 client facing people focusing on HR / HR-IT / HCM Consulting
  • A smoothly running team with experience delivering projects together
  • You already have delivered a range of diverse and complete HR / HR-IT / HCM projects
  • Experience in technology enabled HR transformations, both local and global (e.g. SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or other major/niche solutions)
  • Able to independently drive go-to-market initiatives and utilize the entire team
  • Very good knowledge of the Swiss market landscape and solid client relationships, especially in the Swiss middle-market,  government and public sector
  • Fluency in German/Swiss German and English is a must have, French is an advantage
