The Opportunity

 

Kick-start a purposeful career and become part of our unique Transfer Pricing Practice Team to tackle exciting daily challenges!

 

As part of our Tax Services we offer expertise and advise on all tax issues. This knowledge enables us to optimise the business and legal structures of national and international clients. We support our clients in navigating the complex world of tax and provide them with advice in connection with corporate tax, indirect tax and human capital.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and memorandums
  • Perform economic analysis and valuations
  • Prepare transfer pricing financial models using multiple financial and statistical tools
  • Prepare proposals and budgets
  • Support complex transfer pricing analysis and develop concepts
  • Support the team in long-leading time projects as advanced pricing agreements (APAs), mutual agreement procedures (MAPs) and audits
  • Develop quality, enhance best practices
  • Attend knowledge sharing meetings and trainings

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Team player, self-motivated, analytical thinker, and quick mind
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, management, law or similar. Tax-specific qualifications are an advantage
  • Full working proficiency in English. German or French are an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Word, good skills in MS Power Point and Excel. Knowledge of collaboration tools as MS SharePoint is a plus
  • A plus: Practical experience in Banking, Taxation, Controlling, Accounting or Finance
