We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner in Zurich to partner with the business and to drive long-term value for our clients and our people.


The opportunity

As part of our HR Business Partner team, you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with business leaders while acting as a business enabler and contributing to an exceptional employee career experience. A wide variety of new insights in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.


Your key responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to leadership members on our Talent Strategy, incl. employee value proposition, retention, workforce planning and diversity, equity & inclusion
  • Take responsibility for the annual core HR cycle, incl. performance management reviews, promotions and remuneration
  • Drive local initiatives in close collaboration with Talent Partners in the business
  • Develop and implement policies and new concepts, provide expertise in labor law and proactively use data analytics to share insights and trends
  • Act as a change ambassador and facilitate workshops
  • Involvement in cross-country projects, transformation activities or additional initiatives as required


To qualify for the role you must have

  • University degree or alternative professional qualifications in HR (e.g. federal diploma HR specialist)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment, ideally within the professional services sector
  • Solution-oriented HR expert with proven track record in HR management processes and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with modern HR Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
