We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner in Zurich to partner with the business and to drive long-term value for our clients and our people.

Your key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Service Line leadership members by helping them to translate business strategy into talent actions
- Shape and execute local talent initiatives in close collaboration with Talent Partners in the business
- Provide guidance on employee engagement and experience, retention and inclusive culture, development and workforce planning
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end management of the annual Core HR cycle, incl. performance management and remuneration reviews as well as promotion and career progression processes
- Apply HR policies and new frameworks, provide expertise in labor law and identify data-driven insights and trends
- Advise supervisors on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary procedures and performance improvement measures
- Act as a change ambassador and facilitate workshops/trainings
- Be involved in cross-country projects, transformation activities or additional initiatives as required
What we look for
- University degree or alternative professional qualifications in HR (e.g. federal diploma HR specialist)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment, ideally within the professional services sector
- Solution-driven HR expert with proven track record in HR management processes and focus on client service excellence
- Strong business acumen and data-literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HR Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English, fluency in French is a plus
