Our Assurance business offers a broad range of functional and cross-country services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted assurance services. Your Key Responsibilities
 

• Interact directly with regulators and C-level contacts in business and technology as part of high-profile engagements.
• Build up a team of cyber security professionals to support cyber risk and assurance activities
• Lead largescale, international and complex (multilocation/multidisciplinary teams) cyber security engagements with a focus on:
  • Strategy and Governance
  • Security Engineering / Tooling
  • Data Engineering / Tooling
  • Cyber Security, Data Protection, Data Management Frameworks and Benchmarks
  • Risk Management:
    • Data Protection (including privacy, confidentiality
    • Data Management (governance, integrity, lineage
    • Cyber Risk Management
    • Third party cyber resilience
    • Cyber resilience
  • Cyber Assurance
  • Cloud Security and Cloud Engineering (DevOps-Secure Build Chain)
• Actively drive go-to market strategy and execution including identification of sales opportunities, preparation of proposals for our international clients, and ongoing client interactions delivering best in class peer and market insights (international)
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional EY teams to create strong ties, to raise awareness of the cyber security capabilities, and to seize cross-functional sales opportunities
• Promote EY by routinely speaking at (and participating in) security conferences and professional meetings
• Develop and update EY cyber security audit and assurance methodologies
• Develop cyber security risk frameworks, based on industry best practices as well as international and applicable national standards

To qualify for the role, you must have
 

• Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Information Technology or computer science
• 7-10 years proven experience in cyber and information security
• Experience in working with Global / Complex organizations
• Experience with cyber security frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.), Cyber Risk Management and Data Risk Management
• An understanding of security with a good overview of all aspects within security with regards to prevention, detection and response
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, team mentoring, client and project management
• Demonstrated experience in business development and sales

Ideally, you’ll also have
 

• One of Industry recognized certification in security and/or audit (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CEH, ISO Implementor or Auditor, etc.)
• Experience in the Banking / Insurance Financial Services Sector
• Financial Services Sector Regulatory experience (or knowledge thereof)
