Our Real Estate team comprises the areas of Valuation, Transactions and Strategy & Transformation. Most of our clients are corporates with an international real estate portfolio, institutional investors with investment properties of various usage types as well as public institutions. We are a dynamic, innovative, and collegial team that, as a unit of one of the largest global consulting firms, has the privilege to work on an endless number of exciting projects with the brightest minds of the world's most influential companies.

To support the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Consultant in Zurich. Embark on your next journey and join our Real Estate team to help solve exciting problems daily! 

Your key responsibilities
•    Contribute as active team member in large-scale and innovative projects in the real estate sector and learn from your colleagues;
•    Participate in real estate valuation engagements including financial analyses, cashflow modelling, property/ portfolio valuations and second opinions;
•    Contribute to the KPI-based analysis of real estate portfolios of large international companies;
•    Support in real estate transactions and M&A activities by providing market insights, conduct due diligence (technical, environmental, commercial) and prepare investor documents;
•    Gain insights into real estate strategy and transformation projects such as reviews of organizations and processes in real estate management, workplace transformation or outsourcing projects that will create value for companies and employees;
•    Develop your own consulting skillset and get the opportunity to work on large economic challenges such as sustainability, profitability in a shifting market environment as well as digitalization.

Skills and attributes for success
•    A university degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Real Estate, Civil Engineering or Architecture (Bachelor or Master) is a prerequisite;
•    1 to 3 years of post-graduate professional experience in real estate, ideally within the Swiss market;
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are essential;
•    Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working and thinking;
•    Familiar with working in Excel, PowerPoint and other digital applications;
•    We are looking for individuals who are curios to address current challenges in the real estate sector, are open-minded and strong team players.
