In Consulting, you will be involved in management and business consulting. We provide seamless, consistent and high-quality services to our clients around the world. Our team works collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams across all aspects of the CFO`s agenda. The needs of our clients are driven by global trends within a firm`s finance function as well as wider business transformations.

• Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed business-related studies with excellent results
  • First practical experience through an internship/working student position or a finance/project position within consulting or the corporate environment
  • First understanding of the CFO function of an organization
  • Strong interest in the digitalization and automation of the finance processes as well as IT solution architecture and implementation
  • Willingness to specialize in one of the areas such as Service Management, digital O2C, P2P, R2R, Analytics or Process Mining, enabled through EY’s Alliance Partners
  • Highly motivated and willing to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture, carrying an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, further languages are a plus
  • Excellent team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business metrics
  • High affinity in dealing with MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools such as MURALTM or Power BI
  • Willingness to travel

What you can expect

• Become part of Business Consulting Finance and work within a young and dynamic team advising the CFO function of national and international clients in the areas of Digital Finance, Corporate Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management and Global Business Services (GBS).
• Support the execution of entity-wide transformation programs, from strategy development, concept creation and process design to optimization and implementation
• Be involved in designing finance operating models, finance processes and next generation digital finance capabilities
• Contribute to the success of projects with state-of-the-art project management methods
• Work in an international team on cross-functional engagements, such as global business transformations or roll-outs of order-to-cash (O2C), purchase-to-pay (P2P), record-to-report (R2R) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
• Advise clients on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimization measures across the end-to-end processes
• Become a Subject Matter Expert of a digital tool or enabler in one of our focus areas (see section below)
• Use the insights and experiences of your daily consulting practice to continuously enhance our consulting approaches and support the publication of professional articles or presentations for conferences
• Be part of the change and actively engage in shaping our culture and contribute to internal team developments
